Information processed
Information may include your account identifier, email and profile information from your chosen sign-in provider; your profile name and image; library, reading records and goals; community posts, messages and friendship relationships; purchase and subscription verification records; notification preferences and your device’s push notification token. Information you send to support is used to address your request.
Why we use it
We use this information to operate your account, synchronize your library, provide community features, verify purchases, send notifications you choose and protect the service. Manage permission-based notification and advertising preferences in the app or device settings.
Visibility and sharing
Community posts and public profile information can be seen by other readers. Library sharing depends on your settings. Google Firebase provides authentication, data storage, files and notifications; Apple and Google Play handle purchases. Advertising features use Google AdMob, whose services may process device identifiers and ad interaction information. Providers may process information in different countries under their own policies.
Purchases
Mora does not store your card details. Payments are processed by the relevant app store. Mora uses store transaction records to verify purchases and grant Premium or token entitlements.
Retention and deletion
Account data is retained while necessary to provide the service. Deletion requests are processed after identity verification. Legal, security and transaction verification requirements may require some records to be retained longer. Retention depends on account activity, the purpose of each record and applicable security or legal obligations. When the relevant need ends, records are deleted or anonymized.
Your choices and requests
Email ahmet@karlisin.com to request access, correction, account deletion or information about data processing. Disable notifications in device settings and manage your public posts and profile information in the app.
Deleting your account
In the app, go to Profile → Account → Delete my account. After your account identity is deleted, the server starts cleanup of associated library and reading records, profile, notifications, purchase entitlement records, posts, replies, likes, friendships and chats. Clubs you own are removed; membership in other clubs is removed. Cleanup may not finish immediately. Technical logs and records retained by third-party providers follow their own retention policies. Contact us about uploaded images or a record remaining after deletion. Mora does not delete transaction history held in your Apple or Google store account.
Permissions and device information
Notifications depend on device permission and your in-app preferences. Images you choose for your profile are processed. Advertising services may process IP addresses, device information, advertising identifiers and interaction data under their policies. Applicable consent requirements depend on device and regional rules.
This website
This product website does not require an account and contains no advertising or marketing tracking code. Your motion preference is stored only in your browser’s local storage. The hosting infrastructure may process technical access and security logs. Email links open your own email application.
